- Global infrastructure, including the United Kingdom, European Economic Area and United States, with appropriate transfer safeguards where required.
Resend
- Purpose
- Delivery of transactional emails such as invitations, authentication links and service notifications.
- Data
- Recipient name and email address, message content, delivery status and related metadata.
- Location
- United States and global email-delivery infrastructure, with appropriate transfer safeguards where required.
Other service providers
Stripe processes Customer billing contacts, payment-method and subscription data for our own billing purposes. Google Analytics may process website and usage data only where optional analytics is enabled by consent. These providers do not receive agency workspace content as subprocessors for the core service in the ordinary course. Their own terms and privacy information also apply to the services they provide.
Changes and objections
We will update this page when the list changes and will notify the Customer's account administrator in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement before a new subprocessor begins processing Customer Personal Data. A Customer may object on reasonable data-protection grounds by emailing chris.harris@letlogic.co.uk.
