Landlord gas safety certificate
Legally required every 12 months for Residential Lettings, a Landlords Gas Safety Certificate will ensure your property is gas safe. Our Corgi registered engineers will thoroughly inspect the pipework, installation and up-to 3 appliances. Should the inspection highlight any defects, our engineers can work to rectify the problem, thus providing complete peace of mind.

Energy Performance Certificate
Energy Performance Certificates are legally required for sale & rental properties. Highly experienced and professional assessors will ensure the production of a fast and accurate report. Should you decide to take up the energy saving recommendations providing within the EPC report, our team of people are waiting to assist you and answer any questions. The EPC is available in a variety of formats, inc. PDF, JPEG, PNG, GIF.

Electrical Safety Certificate (Periodic)
In everything but name, the Landlords Electrical Safety Inspection is legally required.

Our NICEIC registered electricians will thoroughly inspect your properties’ electrical installation to ensure compliance to current safety standards, and produce a report identifying any defects. Any defects found can be rectified by our experts to ensure your property complies with the regulations, thus providing complete piece of mind.


Gas Appliance Safety Inspection
Six people die every year due to Carbon Monoxide poisoning, which can result from poorly maintained gas installations.

 

Offered in addition to the annual boiler service, our Gas Safe/Gas Safe Registered™ (formerley Corgi) engineers will inspect your Gas appliances for correct combustion and will provide a printed report for your records.
